A test run fails​

  • Open the test run's report and check which tests failed and why.
  • Check your endpoint's settings in Litmus classic: its URL, its API key and the request format. See Configure your application.

A test run doesn't start​

  • Check that your team's Litmus classic account has been set up.
  • Check that your application's endpoint is running and accepts requests from Litmus classic.

Your CI/CD pipeline can't connect​

  • Check that api_key holds the API key our team gave you, and that base_url and endpoint are correct. See the parameters.
  • Check that each request includes the API key.
